When using a (DC) DC power supply, connect the brown wire to the high potential (+) and the blue wire to the low potential (-), otherwise the indicator light will not light up. If the wiring is not in the above situation, it will not damage the magnetic switch. As long as the two wires are swapped, the indicator light can indicate normally.
When using a two wire contactless magnetic switch, be sure to use a (DC) DC power supply and pay attention to the wiring method. The brown wire should be connected at a high potential (+), and the blue wire should be connected at a low potential (-). If the brown and blue wires are connected incorrectly, it may cause damage to the magnetic switch.
When using a three wire contactless magnetic switch, be sure to use a (DC) DC power supply and pay attention to the NPN or PNP wiring method· The brown wire should be connected to the high potential (+), the blue wire should be connected to the low potential (-), and the black wire should be connected in series to the load· If the brown, blue, black and other three wires are connected incorrectly, it may cause damage to the magnetic switch.
When using inductive loads (such as relays and solenoid valves), please connect protective components in parallel at the load end to extend the lifespan of the magnetic switch· If connected to a DC inductive load, please connect a diode in parallel to the load and pay attention to the polarity direction of the diode. Incorrect connection may cause damage to the magnetic switch· If connected to an AC inductive load, please connect an R-C circuit to the load in parallel.
When using magnetic switches, try to stay away from strong magnetic fields or environments with magnetic conductive metals to avoid interference.
When the load is a capacitive load or the length of the wire is more than 10 meters, please connect an inductor (560-1000) in series μ H) The inductor should be placed as close as possible to the magnetic switch to ensure its normal operation.
